A telephone number and consent to SMS are optional on our contact form. We also retain your consent choice, the disclosure presented, its version, the source form, and the submission time. Please do not submit sensitive financial, health, or identification information through the contact form.

Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

SMS consent information is not sold. We do not sell mobile information or use it for third-party marketing. You may withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP.
