Sunfoundry provides alternative fixed income investment opportunities for accredited investors pursuant to a regulation D exemption for securities registration. Any and all offers of securities are conducted through the delivery of a private placement memorandum. No offer or sale of securities will be conducted through this website. These opportunities are offered via a private placement memorandum to accredited investors.  In order to view the private placement memorandums you must certify that you are a accredited investors.
